To upload an image, you first need to register, login and create a gallery .  Once you have logged in you will click on "Gallery" in the menu and if you re logged in you will see a link that says "my galleries".  Once you click this you will see the page below.  If you click my images it will take you to where you can upload an image.  Circled below:
